Mr. Castellani is a Director with 13 years of investment banking experience advising clients across the communications and technology sectors. He has advised corporate clients and financial sponsors on a wide range of strategic and financial transactions valued at more than $150 billion, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital financings and leveraged buyouts.
Notably, Mr. Castellani advised a private investor on its equity investment in CoreWeave, Joink on the sale of a majority equity stake to DIF Capital, GT Advanced Technologies on its sale to onsemi, Cyara on its strategic growth investment from K1 Investment Management, Ascentis on its sale to UKG, the Woodbridge Company on the sale of a majority stake in Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk division to Blackstone Capital, Softbank on the acquisition of a majority stake in Sprint, Silver Lake on the leveraged buyout of Dell and MetroPCS on its reverse merger with T-Mobile USA. Prior to Bank Street, Mr. Castellani was a Director at Santander and Credit Suisse, focused on the Digital Infrastructure sector. Before Credit Suisse, he served as a Director at Cowen in the Technology and Communications practice. Previously, he was also a Vice President at Lazard. Mr. Castellani holds an MS in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics as well as a BS in Economics from East Carolina University.
